HELP WITH WICCA (WICCAN) TOOLS AND STARTING!?

I'm new and want to try it out but I don't really have any tools??? I want to know what is required for me to start and also if you could give me some help that would be cool just any info i should know thanks=]
I realize that Wicca is a complete religion that has witch craft in it =]
and also Wiccan is a female right? And Wicca is a male?

Okay the first place you need to start is with reading about it. You don't need any tools, candles, or anything to start being a Wiccan. What you need is some facts about it first. If you don't like Wicca but like magick and witchcraft you can be a Witch without following Wicca. Wicca is a religion while witchcraft is a practice that can go with any religion.

So lets start with the facts:

1) In Wicca there is a God and a Goddess.

2) Wicca is an Earth-based religion that falls under Paganism.

3) Not all Wiccans practice magick. Witchcraft can be found in any religion.

4) All followers of Wicca are called Wiccans. This includes females and males. Never use the term warlock as it means "truth twister" or "traitor".

5) You don't need tools to start. Tools aren't necessary at all actually. Things you can find in nature are all you need.

6) Traditionally in order to become a Wiccan you have to be trained for a year and a day. The reason for this is so that you have fully experienced the Wiccan path before fully choosing it as right for you. This is normally done in a coven setting, but can be done by yourself.

Okay now I'm going to list you some books and websites you should check out.
